I finished reading this book in a few hours.  Even though in the beginning it was describing the set-up of the NHEG, the way it was written made it very interesting.  I have worked as a volunteer with Pamela for more than two years. I had not understood clearly the scope of the organization. With this book I had a detailed insight and realize how important the work of New Heights is.

Tremendous story of a single woman betting the odds and creating a nonprofit organization that helps both children and adults. This agency helps children in public, charter and home schooled environments. this type of organization is needed in more areas across this country. Great reading from cover to cover. Nicely written. This book explains that this nonprofit promotes literacy for children and adults by offering a range of educational support services. They help families from the selection of schools, organization of educational activities and getting the correct materials to help them achieve their goals..

Almost a year.

Ms. Pamela Clark’s life and the cause she cares about.

I started gathering facts and information about the New Heights and talked to Ms. Clark over the phone several times  to know more about the organization. I also gathered pictures and other facts related to her life. After that I actually started writing the book.

Ms. Clark has accomplished something that was not easy for a beginner, middle class mother of two to achieve.This book will make people believe that there’s a natural power dynamic that comes along with personal experience and willingness to serve others. Parents, nonprofit stakeholders or just someone who wants to learn more about educational services and opportunities–everyone–will find this book helpful. Many readers will find Ms. Clark’s good work, perseverance and Christian faith inspirational.
